Today we expanded our software so that, apart from supporting OpenSSL 1.0.2, also OpenSSL 1.1.1 is supported on top of our UDP/TCP stack.
For an overview of version 1.0.2 versus 1.1.1 have a look here.
Marvell has no support for the latest OpenSSL version in their SDK 3.x. To mitigate the rework on the SDK, we will provide instructions and patch files to integrate OpenSSL 1.1.1 seamless into the Octeon SDK. This will also include a newly developed hardware acceleration engine to get the most out of the Octeon crypto engines.
We created a layer containing its own memory manager to enable real multi core functionality. OpenSSL's memory BIOs enable this layer to handle all kinds of tasks in the backgound so the user can use the original OpenSSL library API to create its own security application.
We provide a getting-started application program to get you going in no-time.
